Two AI budgets
AI usage counts toward both a five-hour rolling window and a weekly budget. Chat, generation tools, fresh embeddings and speech can consume units. Reusing an already cached embedding does not make a new AI request.
Materials
Maximum file size, total storage and material count depend on your plan and administrator settings. Material processing also uses allowance according to file size. See your exact current limits in account settings.
Learning progress
XP is separate from usage units. Topic mastery and the first completed assessment create one reward each; repeating an assessment does not create duplicate XP. Removing a lesson group retains earned progress and usage history.
